  • We only see your name, address and order details when you buy from us on a marketplace, and we use them to ship and support your order.
  • We never sell your information.

Who we are

This policy covers AY Shipping LLC, an online retailer based in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania ("we," "us"). It applies to this website and to orders you place with us through online marketplaces such as eBay.

This website

This site is for information only. It doesn't use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts, and it has no forms or accounts. We don't collect personal information when you browse it.

The site is hosted by GitHub Pages. Like most web hosts, GitHub may log technical information such as IP addresses to keep the service secure. See the GitHub privacy statement for details.

Order information

When you buy from us on a marketplace, the marketplace shares the information we need to fulfill your order: your name, shipping address, the items you bought and, in some cases, a phone number for the carrier. We don't receive your card or payment details. The marketplace handles payment.

We use this information to pack and ship your order, handle returns and refunds, answer your questions and keep the business records the law requires.

When you contact us

If you call, email or message us, we keep what you send so we can answer you and help with your order.

Who we share it with

We share information only when it's needed to serve you:

  • Shipping carriers (such as USPS and UPS) get your name and address to deliver the package.
  • The marketplace you bought on, to handle your order, returns and disputes.
  • Accountants or authorities, when required by law.

We don't sell, rent or trade personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for returns, warranty questions, tax and accounting, which is usually up to seven years. After that, we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it when we no longer need it for legal reasons. Email ayshippingllc@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days. For data the marketplace holds, use the marketplace's own privacy settings.

We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top of the page.
