Condition & where it comes from
Are your products new?
Yes. Everything we sell is new, unused and in the manufacturer's original sealed packaging. We don't sell used, refurbished or open-box items.
Where do you get your products?
We buy from established U.S. retailers and distributors. We never sell counterfeit or unbranded copies of name-brand products.
Can you confirm where my item came from?
Yes. We keep the purchase receipt for every item we sell. Contact us with your order number and we'll confirm where it was bought.
Shipping
How fast do you ship?
Orders ship within 2 business days of payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting U.S. federal holidays. Shipping policy
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking, and the tracking number shows up on your order as soon as the label is created.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We ship to addresses in the United States. We don't ship to international addresses directly.
Returns & refunds
How do I return an item?
Start the return from your order on the marketplace where you bought it. On eBay, go to Purchases, find the order and choose Return this item. You have 30 days from delivery, and return shipping is free. Return policy
How long do refunds take?
We issue the refund within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. Your bank or card may take a few more days to show it.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and we pay the return shipping.
